I joined Schlumberger in 1984, first as General Counsel of Sangamo Weston, Inc., in Atlanta, and then as Directeur Juridique for Services Conseils Dowell Schlumberger in Paris, France.  In 1988, I joined Amoco Corporation in Chicago and moved to Hong Kong as Regional Attorney in 1996.  Following the merger with BP, I moved to Houston in 2001 and served in a variety of roles in the Downstream, including the Managing Attorney for Health,Safety, and Environment for the Lower 48.  I served as the Programme Director for BP's Global Information and Records Project from 2007 until 2009, and left BP in 2010.
